for level 1 i lost 6 pounds and 5 inches on my waist! i’m so proud of myself for sticking through it!

My name is Hayley and I’m now 20 years old and I’m 5ft 9. I started losing weight in July 2012 but recently I haven’t been trying to lose weight since reaching the -60lbs mark. But I’ve decided it’s time to start losing weight again and so that’s why I made this post. I wanted to show how far my dedication has brought me already, and that I can push myself to lose the rest.
